Sweet & Spicy Tofu



Question.  Why go to all the trouble of draining tofu and drying completely only to marinate it in a bag of liquid?  Liquid that must be drained a way.


Surely, there's a better way.  I can dry rub meat.  I can dry rub tofu.  Right?


So I searched for a dry seasoned tofu.  I found a Cooking with Mitisha instructional video on Pinterest on how to dry season tofu AND cook it in the microwave.  So I got what I wanted and more than I expected.
