Cheddar & Seed Biscuits


Why do so many biscuit recipes assume you're feeding a crowd?  Yeah, you could freeze the extras.  But that assumes you have a massive freezer.

 

Perhaps you're like me; you've never needed or wanted to bake two dozen biscuits.  I present to you Cheddar & Seed Biscuits: A Small Batch Recipe. 


Seven biscuits is enough for three or four people to eat with a meal, I think.  Or if you're solo, then have a one or two for breakfast with jam.  With soup for lunch or dinner.  


Want to get a little fancy?  Slice biscuits in half and put a slice of ham in between for mini tea time sandwiches.
