Sesame Miso Radish
Sesame Miso Radish
Sesame Miso Radish is an easy and unexpected side dish for chicken or fish. I like it as a simple vegetable main served with rice or noodles.

Ingredients
Preparation
In a small bowl, combine butter, miso paste and brown sugar.
Stir 1 TB of miso caramel butter into the radish. Spread radish on a microwave safe plate (preferably glass or ceramic; I used a pyrex pie plate). Microwave on HIGH a total of 3 to 5 minutes, checking radish every minute. Take care that the sugar doesn't burn.
Toss radish with sesame seeds. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Serve radish hot or at room temperature.
