Creamy Dijon Mustard Dip

Creamy Dijon Mustard Dip is a lighter and brighter than sour cream and mayonnaise dips.

Try it as a baked potato topping.

Makes about 1/2 cup

Ingredients

1/2 cup sour cream

1/4 tsp paprika

1/4 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp onion powder

1/4 tsp salt

1/8 tsp cayenne

1/2 TB Dijon mustard

1/2 TB grainy mustard

1 TB minced fresh parsley

a few drops of hot sauce

Preparation

Add all the ingredients to a small bowl. Stir to combine.

Cover bowl. Store in the refrigerator. Best made several hours in advance.
