Banana Nut Cookies

Makes 8 to 10 cookie balls
Ingredients
1/4 cup evaporated milk
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 1/4 cup fine crumbs of banana nut cookies
icing (optional)*
Preparation
In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients.
Form a TB of the mixture into balls. Refrigerate until firm.
Coat with icing or whatever you wish.
Best if eaten the same day they are made.
Cooks Notes
*For icing:
Mix 3/4 cup powdered sugar with 1 TB water. Stir until smooth.
Roll cookie balls in icing. Allow icing to set before serving.
